After browsing multiple websites it soon became clear that Vincent faith had the best looking rings. I quickly and easily ordered one but soon realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size! I contacted via email explaining my mistake and asked if I would be able to exchange to the correct size. Trevor replied quickly and could not be more helpful. The mistake caused by myself had been corrected and the replacement ring arrived. The quality of the ring is superior compared to other jewellers which I had visited on the high street (also a fraction of the price).

We do refund the cost of the product purchased but not the cost of any upgraded postage.

Most of our rings are made to order, which takes 1-2 weeks to dispatch the ring. However, we do also have some of our rings that are in stock and ready for a faster dispatch. The estimated delivery time for each ring will show underneath the 'Buy It Now' button. If you need the ring sooner or would like a size that is not listed please contact us before ordering to check if we can get the ring to you in time.

All orders are dispatched from our UK headquarters to ensure fast delivery.

UK orders should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch.

We offer postage upgrades for 1st Class post & guaranteed next day deliveries.

For international customers we will ship all order with tracked delivery for a low cost of £10, which will take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on location, on top of the dispatch timeframe.
